In 2016, I sold my previous company, RPG Solutions, to HUB international in what has become a substantial consolidation in the industry. After an extended sabbatical that gave me valuable time with my family, I saw a market opportunity for a strong independent consultancy. We have attentively listened to former and prospective clients, nonprofit leaders, insurance company representatives, and other centers of influence as they shared their thoughts on how the bar might be raised. The more we listened to what is going on, the more confident we have become in Alta’s very simple business model; to insure high quality client interactions, to diligently focus on providing, communicating and servicing benefits for their employees & to make an indelible impact on the communities we serve."
