Brandy attended Guilford College to earn a degree in Nursing. She then decided to change paths and enter the wonderful world of insurance in 2005. Her first 8 years were spent in the Property and Casualty arena as a Claims Adjuster.

 
In 2013, she switched gears and focused on Employee Benefits, just as ACA was taking off. Brandy has worked every aspect of Employee Benefits from the day-to-day servicing to strategic consulting and sales. She has helped countless clients find benefit packages that fit their culture and business performance goals. It is her passion to find the best possible solutions for her client's unique situations whatever they may be. 

Brandy cares deeply for her community and volunteers at her children's school (Burlington Christian Academy) each year for their annual "Serve the Solution" campaign. This year BCA raised enough money to pack over 50,000 meals to deliver to a local non-profit called Feed the Hunger. She also enjoys spending time at her local animal shelter, Humane Society of Alamance County, along with her daughters. It's never too early to teach our children how to give back. 

Since Brandy started working with Phil, she has partnered with a leadership coach to maintain a strong focus on serving her team, clients, and future clients. Brandy is excited about the bright future of Alta Benefits.
